"Depending on what kind of style she's going for and how late it is in June, I'd suggest different things! Off hand I can think of a few brown options in June: scabiosa pods (I've been able to get these end of June) chocolate cosmos (love these!), chocolate cymbids, chocolate dianthus (sweet william) and there's this amazing butterscotch-ish tan colored rose called 'Combo'. I also like using 'Quicksand' with brown tones - it's a really nice beige. Hope this helps!"
View Forum Post"Ok, you guys inspired me. It's a rainy cold day here in Wisconsin so I took some left overs and decided to practice this fully covered stem technique this morning. After a few trials and errors I decided creating in a foam holder is my preferred way to go for this fully covered stem look. Flowers have a water source and I just used feathers to disguise the base of the bouquet holder. I used a thin foam sheet from the craft store to wrap around the handle to bulk it up. View Forum PostIt’s always so exciting when pro pics come in the mail! I was thrilled to get these shots of Amy & Nick’s October 2011 wedding. They were married in DeForest and held their reception at Devils Head Resort in Merrimac.
Gorgeous pomegranate hued maids dresses with flowers in shades of red, orange and yellow.
They were such a genuinely happy, joyful couple. It was a pleasure to work with these two!
