Let’s create the Capresé Martini – that includes tomato infused vodka, and I’ll give it a wist with a balsamic accent!
Capresé Martini Recipe
In a cocktail shaker- muddle a few leaves of Basil- I prefer the Blue African Basil for it’s delicious taste and purple leaves.
Add ice to your cocktail shaker
2 oz of Tomato Infused Vodka- I used the Crop Organic Vodka that is Tomato Flavored and contains no sugar
Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar inside your chilled Martini Glass…
Pour in the Shaken Vodka-
Garnish with Fresh Mozzarella Balls- these can be infused or plain- whichever you wish!
