Angela Cunningham- Reporter- MultiMedia Specialist

I'm so excited that you get to meet my wonderful Friend Angela Cunningham- in Episode 212- Flowers to Wear and Share.Angela Cunningham - Newscaster, Reporter and Multimedia SpecialistMy amazing friend Angela Cunningham - Local Newscaster and Reporter -joins me to create Flowers to Wear and Share on Life in Bloom!Angela and I met at WZZM- the Local ABC Affiliate in Grand Rapids Michigan. Angela joined the team at WZZM in 2008 and I would frequently be at the Station - for my appearances on the Local Lifestyle show with my Friend Catherine Behrendt. Typically Angela would be finishing her day... she starts Early- at 3am... with the late breaking news - in the city of Grand Rapids... and we would pass each other in the hallway- or she would stop by the green room- where I was setting up flowers... and we became fast friends.Angela wears the Stemmed Gardenia Headband- and White Dendrobium & Dusty Miller "necklace'...There's something Extremely Special about Angela... she's smart, she's beautiful- compassionate and very engaging... when I would see her in the hallway - I was secretly hoping she would stop by and "talk flowers with me". I love following her on Social Media- I love watching her on the news- and I'm always fascinated by her reporting... it's captivating.I created this Mokara Orchid Armband- watch through to the credits to see this Unique Bracelet- and watch for it to appear in our "Behind the Bloom with Angela" coming soon!Last year- Angela joined us for out Annual Flower Power Challenge- at the West Michigan Home and Garden show-(we've featured the Flower Power Challenge on Episode 108- Flower Power of Life in Bloom. She brought a 'cheering squad' to help her and it included her amazing son Tristan- who plays the piano beautifully and is every bit as Wonderful as his Mom. Angela is powerful- and you can see that in her reporting, stage presence and especially when it comes to her family... she's the epitome of the Mom - you want to have- the Mom you want to come home to... the Mom you want to be on your side.Angela's the Mom you want to have- she's Amazing, Fierce and Powerful... I love this Lady SOOO Much!Angela is one of those people that can send a ray of sunshine across the room - with just her smile... my life is better because Angela is my friend. On this episode of Life in Bloom- I invited her to come and visit- and we talk flowers to wear.... the segment is only about 5 Minutes long- but we had such a great time that day- that we'll be following up - with a "Behind the Bloom with Angela"... and more flowers to wear... I loved creating different types of flowers to wear in this show... a ring- with Pink Spray Asters... a 'necklace' with White Dendrobium Orchids, a Headband with Fresh Gardenias... it's easy to create fun things when you have a interested friend that doesn't mind modeling your creations. When it comes to Life in Bloom- you always know there will be a Flower Crown- and Angela is always ready for my Flower Antics...I love that Angela- pulled Billie Holiday into our discussion about Gardenias... Billie Holiday frequently wore fresh Gardenias in her hair- and it became iconic for her...(learn more about the Legendary Jazz Singer and her Gardenias here) and of course- my Newscaster friend- was on top of her game... bringing the Iconic Jazz Singer into the conversation. That's one of the things I love about having friends on the show... it gives you a peak into my world... and this visit with Angela- was just like the visits we have in the green room at the station... it's fun- it's informative- and it's enchanting... That's what Life in Bloom is all about!Rings and Flowers Things- among the Flowers I create to wear and share with my Friend Angela on Life in Bloom!I hope you enjoy this visit with my Reporter Friend Angela... and if you up and around in Grand Rapids- early in the Morning tune in to Channel 13- and start you day with one of Favorite Friends... Angela Cunningham... it's the BEST Way to Start the Day... I promise!
