Calla Lily Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 oz. dry vermouth (Dolin)

1/2 oz. Lillet blanc

1/2 oz. Benedictine

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

2 dashes absinthe or pastis

 Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled flute or wine glass. Serve.
