Check Out These MONSTERS!

You never know what you’ll find on Facebook. With lots of flower wholesalers on my FB "fan" list, I get to see tons of pics of a wide variety of flowers and foliages that distributors regularly post on their facebook biz pages. I love it when an unusual flower variety is featured…it’s a great way to find out what’s new and fresh in the cut floral dept. Recently, G. Page Flowers , a wholesaler in NY City, posted a pic on their Facebook page that even I couldn’t believe! You are probably familiar with Monstera leaves and King Protea as being the "giants" of the cut floral world…but they don’t even come close to the Kakuma Fiddlehead Fern Curls that G. Page Flowers received from California. I was astounded at the enormous size of those monsters! To give you an idea of just how huge they are, look in the lower left corner of the picture….yep, that is somebody’s hand holding those fiddleheads! Ginormous, aren’t they? Only question is…WHAT would you do with them?
