- Flower nutrients or flower food packets used to manufacturers recommendation on the back of the packet!
- Fresh, clean, cool to cold water (36-40 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Clean buckets, vases and containers after each use with a detergent or professional bucket or vase cleaner (ask your professional florist or flower seller about bucket cleaners).
- Re-cut stems and change water when any signs of bacteria occur (cloudy water or foul smelling water).
- Select fresh flowers from a reputable flower seller!
- Be cautious of cheap flowers. Cheap flowers can sometimes mean they are not fresh!
