It's Photo Friday! Special Effects make for GREAT Flower Pics!

I'm a very lucky gal...one of the "perks" of my job is looking through thousands of flower photos...many of which are wedding flowers...observing, spotting trends, looking for great design...etc.  Over the years I've noticed that photographers are doing a much better job at capturing the the nuptial's personality and flair in their shots.  No longer are wedding photos just a "still life" of the bride and groom standing stationary at the church altar...now the happy couples are glamorized in some amazing photo shoots that rival the best magazine ads filled with professional models.  They are more than just photos...they're art. However, amidst all the many creative and talented photographers and their fabulous photos, occasionally one shot tends to stand out from all the rest...a pic that totally captures the imagination and screams "GENIUS!"   I found one of those gems on the profile page of Club uBloomer, Tracy Park, owner of Park Place Designs in Battle Creek, MI.Why do I love this pic?  Let me count the ways....  First of all, check out that bouquet...GORGEOUS!  Tracy is uber talented and everything she creates is incredible.  This bridal bouquet is a rich mixture of bold, fall colors and fun florals...callas, roses, dahlias, craspedia, leucadendron, pincushion protea, and fern curls.  Now, the photographer could have done the typical "bride holding bouquet while looking off into the distance" shot, or the "lone bouquet propped on a bench/barn door/urban brick wall" shot,  or even the somewhat awkward "groom holding the bouquet" shot...but no, Tracy's bouquet demanded the BEST of the photog from Michael Terri Photography. With an ingenius, optical illusion special effect, the photographer created a pic that gives the appearance of the bride holding her bridal bouquet out of the limo window while the vehicle races by.  The bouquet is captured clearly and with great detail in a brilliant juxtaposition against the long, black "flash" of the limo.  One of the most creative "bouquet" shots I've seen!  Kudos to Tracy and Michael Terri Photography for such a fun & unqiue pic...and thank you Tracy for posting!DID YOU KNOW....that you can post entire photo galleries to your Club uBloom Profile Page?
