When I started my Flower Education Career... now nearly 20 years ago... I knew it would be important to make myself available and accessible... because Flower Designers and Arrangers, Business owner and Flower Fans... would have questions! No matter how simple, or complex... we're in this Fantastic Crazy Flower World together... that's for sure!That is why I insisted... that Oasis Floral Products put my email address and phone number next to my Picture on the Oasis Design Direction Publications! In turn... I've handed out my Card at Every show since 1994... that has my personal contact info right on it... uBloom has touch points and connections all over... leading directly back to me!!!To this day... I continue to make my contact info available to Everyone!It's my passion and dedication to Flowers and Flower People...that made me make that decision 20 years ago and maintain it today!Just yesterday... I got an email.. from a uBloomer... that said "if this is really J... I have a question"... while I completely appreciate... how in today's world... you're likely to be talking to a machine or assistant... it's Not that WAY at uBloom or J Schwanke Productions. It can't (and won't) be!It made me chuckle... and it was AWESOME to email back and say... this REALLY is J...and then my uBloomer shared a story of how we met... during a show when I shared a favorite tool with her... She told me how that TOOL has saved her from having surgery on her hands... I was humbled... and thankful... for the 1000's of shows... and hundreds of 1000's of people I've met and kept in touch with over the years! Each and Every one... Special and Personal!She finished her conversation with "Thanks J... for being there!"... That's what I'm talking about!
