"Humorous Halloween" Trend... Seen in Dallas 2013...

"Humorous Halloween" Trend... Seen at the January 2013 Dallas Market..We noticed that Halloween was becoming more HUMOROUS and Less Frightening during our showroom visits in Dallas this January...It was great to see it taking on a more jovial look... (think "The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown... rather than the Michael Meyers Slasher Halloween)... I think this relates to how our Current Affairs have become more terrifying... and we need some place in Halloween to think about memories of FUN days gone by...I will say I also noted the ZOMBIE trend still playing BIG in Halloween (thanks to the Walking Dead Series and Zombie Movies... ) but I also noted that Zombies had taken on a Wedding Theme... we saw LOTS of Bride and Groom Zombies... and this just adds credibility to the Popularity of WEDDING and EVENT... a veritable MASH UP Of Halloween and Wedding!So...Think about laughable aspects of HALLOWEEN... and less about HORROR... it's time to TREAT ourselves to a bit of Halloween FUN!Check out the my Album of photos... of the highlights of this trend on my Pinterest Board...
