Today’s project has the Midas touch…I call it the 14k Gold Centerpiece. I create this centerpiece in a Gold Metal Footed Compote from Accent Décor. The foliage is part of the ColorFresh line from FernTrust…Gold Plated Aspidistra leaves looped and added to our foam base. 

All the flowers in today’s centerpiece are gold or yellow too...featuring yellow Fugi Mums, gold Cymbidium Orchids and Craspedia Yarrow…accented with several different types of ribbon from Reliant Ribbon. I use the “stick technique” to place the ribbon and a special mechanic for synching up the ribbon to create a ruffle with the Gold Silk Ribbon. It’s a stunning centerpiece that truly has the Midas Touch!
