"At Home with Flowers" - J's New Series

I'm excited to announce a New Series at uBloom- "At Home with Flowers" - every series we've created at uBloom- always has a background- and moreover a reason why I create it...  Education is paramount to me... after all they call me the "Flower Expert" and even better "the Most Trusted Voice in the Flower Industry"... that's a huge honor... and it keeps me motivated to keep great education coming.I Started uBloom- in 2006- it was an answer to the dwindling attendance at Florist Association and Flower Wholesale shows... and uBloom was designed to provide on-line Education- on your schedule- Subscribers can watch the videos they want- when they want them and as many times as they like... it's How-To Video Education- on your schedule.My First was JTV- it was a fun- and many times funny approach to professional floral education- and featured techniques, tips and tricks for the Professional florist- You can see the whole archive here!JTV ran for 26 seasons of 13 shows- (that's about 6 1/2 years)...Then I created my first Documentary Series- the CA Grown Experience on uBloom- that featured the Flower Farms, Farmers and Flower Wholesalers of California- it had 3 showcases- about 40 shows- and you can view it here!Then we created the Florida Fresh Tour- a 6 show documentary about the Florida Foliage Farms- the Fern Capital of the World... you can watch that series here...In the mean time- a very popular lifestyle TV Host- saw one of the CA Grown Videos- and suggested that I create a series that spun off that- a more Casual- Lifestyle oriented series- that's how Fun with Flowers and J was born - so far we have completed 30 seasons of 13 shows... that's run for 7 1/2 years... You can watch that series here...I mentioned that Education was paramount to me... so along the way I created Three 12 Lesson series- for the Beginner or DIY Flower arranger- Fast and Easy Flower Lessons - is simple flower arranging. Forever Flower Lessons -is How to lessons for Permanent Botanicals (Silk Flowers) - for home decor- and Wedding Flowers Your Way- Lessons for the DIY Bride that wants to do her own wedding flowers.I also continued the Flower Documentary Series- with The Flowers of Colombia Series- that tells the story of the Flowers, Farms and People of Colombia South America- the largest importer of Fresh Flowers in the world... you can watch that 12 show series here...All the while I was working on- creating and pitching our National Public Television Show- J Schwanke's Life in Bloom- that is now airing Nationwide- (to over 86 Million households- in 95% of the Country... it's entering it's 3rd Season- coming up in April 2021... Check your local listings here!That National TV show all about Flowers- created a need for "At Home with Flowers". I get 100's of emails, letters and even packages- each week- about the show- asking specific questions- offering suggestions of projects, crafts or tips they want to see... so it was a perfect fit for "At Home with Flowers".This series will focus on making the viewer more comfortable with flowers. I hear that many are intimidated by flowers and they want simple tips, tricks, hints or techniques that will allow them to feel comfortable with flowers and give them beautiful results with flowers from the garden, the farmers market, flower seller or grocery store!At Home with Flowers will also feature my NEW Line of Bouquets- that are available in grocery stores throughout the USA... "J's Bouquets" is a beautiful group of 12 bouquets I created with Sunshine Bouquet Company- and we'll have At Home with Flowers Shows- that showcase each bouquet with it's own unique story- and a fast and easy flower project you can create with that bouquet (or any flowers for that matter)... "At Home with Flowers" is designed to empower the viewer- with simple tips, easy tricks and professional hints to allow EVERYONE to include flowers in their lives- everyday! We start at the very beginning- and include my favorite tools, holiday ideas, and show you how flowers will help improve your health and wellness.
