I first met Jason at the Fulton Street Farmers Market- and we were so excited he was there... I knew his Bees and Apiary were closer to my house- so I was super interested in his LOCAL Honey- for obvious reasons...Local Honey is extremely desirable - not only for it's delicious flavor- but also for the health and wellness benefits that can be enjoyed from consuming honey that is produced in your Local Area. During our visit with Jason his local bee hives- he shared so much amazing information about bees and their talent for creating delicious honey. Jason shared that the "smoker" is really a distraction- when he has to do something a bit more invasive- but for the most part- if he goes slow- and is patience and considerate- the bees don't mind this gentle giant- intruding on their world.
