Chive Blossom Vinegar – Recipe in Bloom!

It’s Chive Blossom Season…every spring, my perennial chives in my organic herb garden come into bloom and they are so beautiful! There’s so many things you can do with them besides arranging (I do love their little Allium Purple/Pink Spheres in flower arrangements!)…so I thought it would be fun to share some of those ideas with you today!

Let’s make chive vinegar…It’s great for salads, salad dressings or anywhere you might use flavored vinegar.
