Stem Skills - in Decorative Vases!

Today on At Home with Flowers, it’s time for us to work on our Stem Skills. I love decorative vases and sometimes the most beautiful vases have small necks, so you can only use a few flowers.

That’s where Stem Skills come into play…using a few stems of flowers and foliage, we can create different arrangements that have an exotic feeling and can make a statement.

I use a Queen Protea and White Brunia with Robellini Palm, Red Mink Protea with Lily Grass and Monstera Leaves and finish up with Green Dyed Pussywillow and Banksia Protea. I paint a Monstera Leaf with Paint! These Stem Skills are great to add to your flower arranging “tool box”…Enjoy!
