The Happy Little Trees Cocktail- Courtesy of my flower friend Joan Kowalksi… this version features Kiwi Liquor! It’s time to enjoy a “Happy Little Tree” - s cocktail! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz gin

2 oz. Kiwi infused liquor

1 oz white Cranberry juice

juice of 1/2 Lime

Garnish:

Kiwi Rounds or substitute Lime Rounds or Wedge

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher with Ice and stir.
Fill rocks glasses with ice.

Pour into glass and garnish with a lime or Kiwi round slice.
Enjoy!

A variation of this cocktail was served at a conference that both J Schwanke’s

Life in Bloom and The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross representatives attended.

My friend Joan Kowalski shared the recipe, and I modified it with the Kiwi

infused liquor, which is a pretty green color. Joan especially enjoyed this

variation of the cocktail – after filming was complete – mostly. Cheers!
