This week on Fun with Flowers and J... we "make Christmas" with Crystal Frost from Design Master... I've really gotten back into this Classic Product... it's amazing and the Folks at Design Master have made some great improvements over the years to Crystal Frost! My Pal Gretchen Sell gave me some great pointers...1. WASH the GLASS... there are so many things that can be on glass...from oil to vinegar to heaven knows what...  So Wash the Glass with Soap and Water and dry it thoroughly!2. Spray it on the INSIDE of a HURRICANE... rather than the outside... this makes the effect happen in the inside...giving it a great Clear Finish... PLUS... little fingers won't be able to wipe it off or write in it... (GUILTY!!!)3. Work where it's WARM... above 60 degrees is optimum... so make sure the glass and the room are warm for best results...4. Coat the glass completely...  using a good coat insures that every portion of the glass is covered... it takes a bit longer to dry... but the effects are way WORTH IT!We did a time lapse in this weeks show... and you can watch the Crystal Frost take over the entire Hurricane... I LOVE MY Special Effects Team... SO COOL... you gotta see it!Finally... if you mess up... it cleans up with soap and water... so you can start over again... and after the holidays... you get your vase or hurricane back.... for more  fun Projects!Dashing through the SNOW... Design Master does it again!!!!
