It is good to select a vase that is clear and will hold an ample supply of flower nutrient water. With a clear vase you can see the water level and also be aware of the coloration of the water. When the water level falls you need to add water. When the water becomes cloudy or discolored you need to change the water.Flowers that run out of water or sit in bacteria laden water do not last!
