Lavender Maple Syrup- I get a Michigan-made Syrup from my local specialty grocer!
Purple Food Coloring- I found it on-line

Vanilla extract- I prefer an Organic Madagascar Vanilla with Bourbon extract… just sayin’
Use an Instant Cheesecake Boxed Recipe- Follow the directions- and add the following to enhance it…
1/2 Tsp Lavender Floral Elixir
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons- Lavender Maple Syrup
Purple Food Coloring- to desired color- (it takes more than you think… to get a good vibrant color)
Place into refrigerator and allow to cool and set up…
Topping for cheesecake recipe- combine the following into a medium bowl…
1 cup Sour Cream (I always use organic Sour Cream)
2 Tablespoons Organic Powdered Sugar
1 Tablespoon Lavender Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract…
Once combined- spread on top of the Cheesecake- leave an edge of the Lavender Cheesecake exposed – to be pretty!
Garnish with Fresh Organic Lavender Blossoms- I harvest them frequently- from the garden!
