Pineapple Basil Cocktail- RecipeIngredients:Fresh Lime JuiceBasil (I used African Blue Basil - it's one of my favorites- Varietal: Dark Opal)Gin (I used Wild Roots Gin- again a Favorite!Pineapple Juice- (It's from Trader Joe's - 100% Pure - not from Concentrate- and I use it ALL the time!)Sparkling Water- (I prefer San Pellegrino Sparkling Water)Enjoy Flower cocktail with this garden inspired Cocktail- featuring Pineapple Juice, Basil, Lime and Gin! Instructions:Muddle 1/2 a lime and 1 large stem of into a Double Old Fashion Glass (Or cocktail shaker if you prefer)Fill glass with IceAdd 1 Jigger Of Gin- (More if you like)Add 2 Jiggers of Pineapple JuiceFinish with Sparkling Water- Stir gentlyGarnish with Fresh African Basil Blossom and Enjoy!
